I heard that the Air Force is converting a bunch of old KC-135 Tankers 
to carry thousands of gallons of 

wifispray and disperse it from high altitudes over the entire  US!

In fact this was secretly used last weekend during the ZL test.

I have also heard a rumor that a well known LOWFER in MN.
 has a large water tower on his farm that sprays out the wifispray on demand.
This stuff could change RF communications as we have know it forever.
