I downloaded from the main site and it works fine here. I don't know what
that embedded zip file inside the first zip file is for but the embedded zip
file is the one that works here.

When you download the file, it's called sa3000.zip

I downloaded the file from the alternate ftp site and did not get asked for
a disk when I installed it (after unzipping the components to a temporary
directory).
