Don't those come out of North Carolina? Hi hi... Well most likely a DDS
exciter sourced signal. There are only 10 of those around the US unless
someone brewed up their own kit.

Dose anyone know the origins of the pulsed signals covering the Argo screen
shots? I have experienced the same thing locally when no other signals were
coming through. At times I could copy the signal by ear and to me sounded
like the pulsed ring tone for the old low band cordless phones.
