Well, now we're getting somewhere.
The ident "NC " actually appears 210 times in the trace file below, mostly
after 0600z when the band started to calm down, although it was obviously
trying to come through earlier, around 0200z .. 0300z. Still significant
QRN and the same motor-like whiny QRM heard on this freq on previous nights.
I was using GRAB 3:25.
