Got HF up and running, no HiFER beacon yet, so many other things going on...
I have been listening to 13,555,555 Hz on and off, I have heard voices and
what may have been CW.  OTHR (Over The Horizon Radar) is blasting the band
right now, sounds like a cross between star wars and machine gun fire.

Receiver is a Kenwood TS570D.

Antenna is a 27 Mhz half wave rotatable dipole up 20' made from two CB whips
and is resonant at 27,0243 KHz.  Bearing EW right now.
