Well kinda...  After spending hours monitoring other QRSS3 stuff I
figured that a bit of chirp would make the signal more IDable on the
waterfall when there's lots of noise and other steady lines fading up
and down...  So I'm not going to bother fixing a good problem and claim
it's Modified DFCW :)

In the future I'll be using a DDS synthesizer to create real DFCW...
