For what it's worth, my alter-ego was playing in the ARRL DX contest last night,
and topband and eighty sounded more like 20 at times. Almost tuned right
through a ZL and a JA because they didn't 'feel' like DX . . . Europe and
Caribbean were like 'locals'.
