[Lowfer] Hifer TIL in Maryland

Hmmmmm...  The propagation gods are not smiling upon us...  Have a look for 
BeFER TIL on 6.777640MHz. Dale Rice nabbed it this morning... However, the 
antenna does not favour you...

I feel Dale's report of BeFER TIL freq. is more likely correct as it 
corralates to the division of the HiFER freq better then my measurements... 
However, we're talking only 2Hz difference...
