[Lowfer] Hifer GA and HI frequency ?

Hi

Somebody can tell me the exact GA frequency that i receive all the time 
here in Montreal.

I will use it as a reference for tracking other Hifer.

My receiver have lost his accuracy, i can no longer trust it at this 
frequency resolution.

Speaking frequency, on LWCA HI is listed at 13558.0 Khz but reported at 
13557.3 Khz ! Again what's the exact frequency for HI ?
