[Lowfer] TIL in OR

The signal you see is an artifact from my HiFER beacon NW which is a few
feet away from my receiver and a couple  KC lower . It mixes with some power
line energy somewhere around here and gives me interference every 60 cycles.
If you look close you can see it trying to spell NW (script not CW).
