[Lowfer] Hifer RT in OR

RT is putting in a signal here in Southern Oregon. Here is a screen capture
of it but it is a bit messy with artifacts from NW, which is physically 4
feet away and less than 400 Hertz in frequency.The TX and RX antennas are
actually 300 feet apart however. One of the spurs was right on top of RT so
I shined the desk lamp on NW to make it drift off and that is why it is
wandering around the screen. (Is this any sort of first for close duplex
operation?)
