[Lowfer] Hifer RT Location

Lloyd, thanks for the first report.

Hifer RT is a collection of parts and clip leads in an old house trailer
on our farm near Smithville, Mississippi, in EM54.  Power is about 4 mW
to a Cushcraft R-8 vertical at 10 feet above ground.  It has been
running QRSS6 for about a week and was sending 5T in CW for a few days
before that.

I am on a business trip and will finish and document the beacon when I
return home later this week.
