[Lowfer] Weekend HiFER report from CN89

I'm baffled as well... I went for a walk tonight with a portable Sony
ICF-SW55 and with just the stock whip I could hear TIL for about as far
as I cared to walk ~2km (it's raining and my Will gave out before the
beacon.)  So I must be getting a signal up there... Where it goes from
there???
