[Lowfer] sending GBPSK 185.400

Well, at least I am sending something.
Running micropower GBPSK MS1000 ET1 on 185.400 Khz on/off during
day for testing.  If I'm on anybody's frequency please let me know
and I'll move.  Antenna is a loop much smaller than I'd like and
I'm only running the exciter from the shack, so picopower out,
but if condx right maybe someone will copy.  ID is 2IQ<sp>, so
if you wanna grab, run length is 4.  I'll see if I can find the
"undouble" error today.
