[Lowfer] no LEK to report in GBPSK in CT and NC

No LEK in NC also.  QRN was high at midnight.  Africam clipping was on
steady with normal input level.  I left it running at that level
thinking the QRN would subside during the night.  It did somewhat but
still hearing static crashes at 9 a.m.
