[Lowfer] 10 MHz WWV QRM

Anyone else hear voice transmission on 10 MHz.  I have been hearing male
voices and whistles most of the day.  Presently I hear what sounds like
kids playing on 11 meters.  Most of the time the signal strength is
below WWV but occasionally it is almost equal strength.

Why am I continuously to WWV?  Just to make sure they are transmitting
the correct time.  Also the signal is close to being dead on 10 MHz!
