Just as we enjoy the LF ham band vicariously.  I guess it's lucky nobody
from the Great White North has discovered electricity yet.  If Canada was
wired with an electric grid as advanced and modern as ours, so high-tech
that the mere thought of 1W ERP at LF sends the electric utilities screaming
in panic, you guys could be enjoying 136kHz vicariously along with us.  8-)

But seriously, I have one quick question, Scott.  I seem to have missed the
original reference to "BeFERs."  What is the derivation of that particular
GBHMLA*, please?
