[Lowfer] LEK Hifer cw audible copy in Mississippi

I dug out my old HiFER transmitter yesterday evening and cranked it up to
full power, which places it at the revised FCC limit. The Epson oscillator
seems to drift around a bit above its marked frequency of 13,555.360 kHz,
and the antenna is a ham Hy-Tower multiband vertical. I was wondering how
long it would take before someone copied the 12 WPM ID (at present, the only
mode). Thanks for the report, Roger!
