[Lowfer] PIC programmers.

If you follow this advise email me when your ready to program and I'll
tell you were to edit the HAMLAN code in the raw hex file... Simple if
your a programmer but it may be abit much with all those pesky hex
numbers lying around the ones you really want to change...
