[Lowfer] Square wave hifer

Hi Mitch,

Dat be my dirfter square wave.  Don't use it for a freq reference.  It dirfts
about 100 Hz from 20 to 90F.  Right now at 2100Z it is on 13555.486 shifting up
to .488 kHz.
