[Lowfer] New LowFER Beacon NW

NW is now on the air with a LowFER beacon at 183,672.9 signing NW in QRSS30,
(actually QRSS33), from Williams, Oregon CN82if.

Hopefully it will be on 24/7. I have no idea how strong it is yet, but it
lights a pilot light temporarily placed in series with the antenna. Next
project is to build and calibrate an RF ammeter.

The antenna is a 4 inch at the base by 47 foot fir tree stripped of bark and
lined with aluminum foil.  A twelve foot on a side pyramid of 18 g. wire
serves for a top-hat. Ground is an electric fence (unpowered) plus a ground
rod.
