[Lowfer] VD in PSK01

Don't know about the other numbers inside the braces. The only number I =
have seen locally is the {10} at the beginning of the line. I haven't =
decoded any really weak weak signals either - just TAG who is pretty =
strong.

VD will be in PSK01 at least until I get home - about 2030. I'll stop by =
DexLab and see if you're there when I get in.
