[Lowfer] [OT] Teflon Wire Loading Coils ?

LF'rs,
Given that the usual LF vertical loading coil is made from common house
wire of no. 12 or 14 with a poor quality PVC insulation. How can one
evaluate making a similar inductor using Teflon coated, silver stranded
wire of 24 gauge?
Yes the insulation is superior, as is the silver wire, but is the small
wire size a delimiting factor for such an application? Also, current
capacity for LowFERing doesn't seem to be factor on this app, but I'm
not sure.
One advantage, if this small gauge is appropriate, more TPI, making a
shorter coil.
Thoughts?
