I know - that's what the program says, but I never take that into 
consideration
and keep fine tuning the antenna and it always happens. I've logged
10 SouthAmerican NDBs, most Caribbean islands, French Polynesia  
and Alaska - and sometimes they are in for 2 - 3 minutes in a year -
I guess you just have to be there at that exact minute  for strange
propagation to appear. The signal rises from the noise and QRM and
just sits there, and 5 minutes later - it's gone !

I used to work quite a few mobiles on 20 meters in your area - usually
in the mid-morning to noon time so that's where I will concentrate my
efforts.
