[Lowfer] Using SpecLab to cal sampling rate

I have posted an article on using Spectrum Laboratory to calibrate your
sound card's sampling rate. For the slow PSK modes in SpecLab and certainly
for WOLF, you really need to nail down the actual sampling rate of the sound
card. Some cards are close, others are w-a-y off.

This method uses Loran-C as an audio reference. The article may be found at:
