[Lowfer] VD in PSK02 mode

VD is running in PSK02 mode at 185.500 kHz. The frequency is GPS
controlled so the accuracy should be quite good. Let me know if this is
a bad frequency  -  I can QSY in 0.1 Hz steps.

Suggest calibrating your Spectrum Lab sampling rate before attempting to
copy. I believe John said he is working up a procedure for this and will
"roll it out" soon.
