Thanks Bob -  I have contacted the wx dept.
 and they are going to bring the temperatures up considerably.
It was close to 0 F last night - but forecast says 34 F by Tuesday
with possibility of rain.   That's going to be some mess on the
streets.
It will be interesting to see what happens to the signal as the temp
rises and the snow melts.
