[Lowfer] CT in Vancouver, BC

CT was noted briefly this evening around 0810UTC on 1704.963KHz with my =
7 turn active loop.

Also another seemingly QRSS modulated signal was noted at 1704.842KHz =
not enough to ID...  May have been noise but seemed like it was =
following the propagation this evening with distinctly keyed =
characteristics... Any thoughts?

MedFER TIL was inter. or off between 0530 and 0830UTC

HiFER and BeFER TIL are both off and avaliable by request.
