[Lowfer] Epson Oscillator Power Measurement

Someone asked about the power of the Epson oscillators.  The one I use
for Hifer RT measured +12.34 dBm into 50 ohms including the low pass
filter.  I use an external attenuator to set the power into the antenna
properly.  My implementation does not include the pot used in the
original design.

According to my notes, I made this measurement through a 20 dB
attenuator into a 3586C frequency selective meter.  I recall I had a
similar reading with another 3586C at the transmitter site.  The filter,
measured separately, was down a little less than a dB at the transmit
frequency and was down over 39 db at 26 MHz.  I did not make
measurements with varying temperature or voltage.
