[Lowfer] MedFER TIL in OR

No sign of you Dale.  I don't see CT tonight either.  This BCB station on
1700 is coming in very strong...  Tried the loop, vertical and Zepp...  I'll
try again in the morning...

The MedFER is back on at its new power level.
