I happened to be watching PA1SDB's 10uW Hifer signal on Argo
when that X-ray puff came in. The otherwise stable trace bent up,
climbed 3 Hz and then disappeared abruptly at 1101 UTC.
The signal was then gone for more than one hour.
Was the doppler shift caused by X-ray ionization "pushing down"
the effective relection/refraction height (shortening the path)?
