Hello John,

I have been watching that sine wave for about 3 hours now. Argo says that
the best peak signal I had so far was -36.
Just finished erecting a larger loop than I have ever used on RX before.

The loop is 150' in circumference, with the apex at 55'. The sides come
down like a triangle an the base is about 60' wide.

Resonate with a .085 or so. Not critical low Q but still it needs to be
tuned. This loop is the farthest from the house that I have ever put one,
little over 300'

It also seems to be very quite. Bill is smudging all over the screen and
ther is very little in the way of junk on the screen.

This thing started off as K9ay, but it would not work for I said the to hell
with it for now and made it into a series tunes loop.

I think I will leave it this way for awhile. The only change I might make
is to put up coax in the place of the #12 wire there now. With a break in
the shield at the apex, so it can be run as a shielded loop. Just say a new
peak go by at -35.7

Any John thanks for the info.

I'll keep my eys open for your sig.

Paul,

Bill is currently making that sine wave, which is swinging from about
185299.5 to 185300.15. Jay has been sending QRSS30 or 60 on 185301 lately,
but appears to be off this afternoon. I have been doing stuff around 185298,
but not today. No other activity has been visible around here for a couple
of weeks, as cndx have been lousy.
