I have an ESI 251 meter- believe they were a couple thousand new- but
probably cheap on the used market. It uses a nomograph to find D from Gp
(parallel conductance) and Cp which the meter reads directly.
Alternatively, D= Gp/2*Pi*Cp and is also = 1/Q
Even with this dandy meter, resolving D under 0.001 (Q=1000) is difficult-
and this at 1KHz.
