I don't think so.  I mentioned that I had been operating under part 15 
rules and he started asking questions about that -- what kind of ERP, how 
far away were signal reports coming from, etc.

I'd think that if he read this reflector he'd know that stuff.

But he or some of his commarades might -- I know John said they check the 
LWCA web site some.
