That's the message *I* got.  His main concern seemed to be that I'd try to 
somehow use the data collected through my "research program" to convince 
the FCC to allocate the band to hams.  Not that this would not be a noble 
cause ...

Upon reflection, I probably put too much info in my app.

Definitely a record.  And the guy said that it was held up a couple of 
weeks because I paid by money order instead of credit card, and suggested 
that I use a credit card "next time".
