[Lowfer] Embattled E-Probe

Single wire/earth probe telephone lines were still in use in the late 70's 
on the Falkand Islands. Mind you the
telephone plant was kinda pre-strowger...2 long rings 4 short for mrs Mop. 
From Memory (now like my hair greying) the only lines that used this were 
settlements close to the coast - mind you on the Falkland everything was 
close to the coast
