Eric, now you have an effective tool to evaluate your ability to get out!
At 95ma you have some distance to go but you are definitely making progress.
How about making a table of Antenna Current vs System Resistance (where
system resistance is the total of AC coil resistance plus ground resistance
(treeless environment). Might give you a good feel of how the variables
interact and where you need to be. Remember P=Isq x R
BTW, be sure to re-adjust your input power to 1w when you make antenna
adjustments, not necessarily to be legal, but to fully evaluate the effect
of what you have accomplished.
