Mitch: I guess that's a real problem with stable up-converters. I was just 
playing with the numbers and it looks like a drift of only .1 Hz at 185.3k 
using my divided-down 5.18 Mhz xtal oscillator (WA exciter) equates to a 
drift of 2.8 Hz with the same xtal oscillator if used in a 5.18 MHz + .1853 
MHz up-converter. This would be almost half a screen at QRSS30.
