[Lowfer] Embattled E-Probe/xdw offf temp

The Hotel was, as expected. a perfect LF noiz generator.... a swift drive 
the road to some secluded spot returned good signals from DCF39 on 138.83 @ 
10,000 kms but not much else save lightning noiz

Laurence KL1X back in Anchorage
wd2xdw went off at 1600Z friday till advised to replace a too warm non pulse 
rated capacitor.
