[Lowfer] XSR 166.5 kc at mid day in NC

I got email from Bill Bowers this morning saying :

there is a drizzly rain here and water is dripping
off the antenna.  The antenna current is now down by nearly 50% from when it
was dry. 


I did see a few bits and pieces of his signal around 7am.
