Well I kicked my brain and realized the proper off set
for the receiver and saw the following ,, over night
At local sun set and until about 8.30 the signal at about
a cycle and a quarter low was in and out .. this one would pop in and
out all morning.
never strong enough to get a proper ID and the QSB was making
dashes look like dots,,, perhaps that 2 Db would have made a difference
I realize the increase of bandwidth can be a problem but off set keying
DFCW could have made for some ID's
in the wee hours there were weaker signals in some nice groupings
just a bit low from .300 ( 299,8 ) and one about 300.6 as well as the
in and out signal at 298.8.
this isnt confusing its just me
Overall for my location this was a good night and I also expect to see a
good year.
I expect to be testing a new rcv antenna over the next couple of days..
depends on the weather
