[Lowfer] WEB location

Must be the spelling! It is Rosenberg, TX 77471
I have T&S also and it is shown just SW of Houston.
I was using Delorme Street Atlas 2003 to pin point the QTH.
The closest POI was the Animal Control Center buildings, one
above the WEB QTH and another below.

Besides that I lived in Houston for a couple of years in the late 70's :-)
