I should add that the K-ID has the capability to switch speeds WITHIN a 
message, as you've probably read.  So it could signal at slow speed, and 
then do a CW ID.

I chose the 1-hour square wave route so I could switch on the hour and 
half-hour, if I wanted, which is what I'm currently doing.

There is at least one other person on this reflector besides me and Jay 
using 'em, and perhaps more ... I don't know.
