Copied HiFER HI audibly in a cemetery about 5 miles south of my QTH using 
a handheld radio with only a built in telescoping antenna between 22:22 
GMT and 22:27 GMT today as rain approached.

After connecting my active whip I copied a little more after 22:30 GMT.

Although the LWCA webpage lists "slow CW" for HI, I copied it at about 
10-12 wpm or so (poor estimate, I'm sure)...sometimes fading, sometimes 
very strong out of the noise.  QSO would've been easy -- as long as you 
use letters I know :)
