From the Lowfer list on the LWCA site, I note that there is a new listing for WEB on 189.95 in Rosenberg, TX. Format is given as QRSS30. The operator list shows it being operated by none other than Bill Bowers. It's a little early in the season for me, but maybe some of you guys to the south can give a listen/look. John Andrews
