Ha ha ha... U 1st.

Actually a guy could build up a nice wood lattice frame out of cedar and put
some spar varnish on it after sanding it smooth and use a prop pitch motor
with gear drive to turn it. Then a guy could build up a slip ring so it can
turn around and around for an omni directional pattern or turned to specific
headings and specific ID's sent at the specific headings for propagation
tests.

Do YA think something like that could make it into QST???
