Actually, I figured out what was happening.  I zoomed in (using ARGO) 
and let it sit for a while longer.  The result is this:

As the annotation shows, there is an approx. 50 mHz wobble in the 
carrier - probably due to oven cycling.

I see that in this same (almost) 4 hour period, my '817 drifted a 
similar amount.  Too bad it's deaf as a post <200 KHz...  I may have to 
build an upconverter to get LW to a more reasonable frequency - say in 
the 10 MHz area (where I can use the GPS reference as the LO...)

Hopefully, in the next few weeks I'll put "CT" (approx. 1704.957, but 
I'll have to check...) back in alternating and/or full-time QRSS mode 
instead of just PSK31.
