Ah, as I suspected for 13MHz, but then the same need not hold for a
LowFER report, which it was not. Knowing the time someone near me was
receiving could help in optimizing my listening times. The 5PM is doable
anytime, but noon only on weekends.

Don't be so harsh on yourself, actually forget it. ARRP will amply
remind you when the time comes to worry -- and then some. ;-}
