It is so unlike me to be ambiguous on the time.  I really gotta start 
sleeping more.  It was 5:51 PM EST for the first report and 11:50 AM EST 
for the second one.

He used local times in his email, so I did too.  A time coming from me 
will usually be in z.

Sorry -- I must be slipping!  Perhaps the mind _is_ the first thing to 
go...
