[Lowfer] HiFER reception report

Hi,

I received a reception report last night from a person who heard my 
HiFER's 8wpm CW ID by accident.  He was just fooling with his rig and 
happened to be sitting on 13555 when he heard it by ear...3 IDs and then 
fade.

He said his antenna is just in a pile in the attic, but still hooked up.  
He was 524 miles as the crow flies...my second closest report.

He said he is an ex-LWCA member so, though not on the reflector and no 
longer a member, he knew to bring up their site to look for the owner of 
the beacon (me), and that is how he contacted me.

So for the times of wondered whether or not to keep the IDs cycling 
between QRSS and 8wpm CW every 30 minutes, this sort of contact makes me 
want to keep it cycling that way instead of running QRSS3 only.
